What it is and what it is for

How it works and preparation
No preparation is needed. You lie down and I place the probe on your neck with a little gel, studying the flow in the carotid arteries. No needles, no radiation, no discomfort. The exam usually takes 10–20 minutes; at the end I give you the report, explaining what was found.
